Job summary

Saltu Staffing seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and support business-critical applications, focused on Intapp Open & Conflicts, Dell Boomi, and SQL Server reporting.

The role requires hands-on integration expertise, advanced troubleshooting, and delivering reliable solutions across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will configure, develop, and support workflows, design and deploy enterprise integrations, and maintain documentation while coordinating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or related field
• 5+ years' hands-on Dell Boomi experience incl. development, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting production integrations
• Experience configuring and supporting Intapp Open workflows
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SSRS, queries, stored procedures, and views
• Working knowledge of SSIS and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Experience diagnosing integration and application issues via logs, histories, and data validation

Responsibilities

An Am Law firm is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and support business-critical applications, with a focus on Intapp Open & Conflicts, Dell Boomi, and SQL Server reporting. The ideal candidate brings hands-on integration expertise, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Intapp Open & Conflicts workflows, business rules, and application enhancements.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations using Dell Boomi.
• Support existing integrations using Intapp Integrate, Integration Builder, and SSIS.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and SSRS reports.
• Troubleshoot application issues, integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
• Maintain integrations across financial, HR, document management, and records management systems.
• Support Intapp Walls, including Legal Hold and Confidential Matter functionality.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, upgrades, and production changes with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and support procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Dell Boomi experience, including independently developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production integrations.
• Experience configuring and supporting business-process workflows, preferably Intapp Open.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SSRS, SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Working knowledge of SSIS and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience diagnosing integration and application issues through logs, execution histories, and data validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with Intapp Open & Conflicts, Intapp Walls, Intapp Integrate, or Integration Builder.
• Familiarity with Aderant, iManage, DealCloud, or records management systems.
• Experience maintaining Python applications or automation scripts.
