Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum Co. is seeking a CDL driver to operate a Boom Truck, delivering tanks to company sites and customers. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient completion of daily duties, including vehicle inspections and proper paperwork.

The role requires a valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, a clean MVR, and DOT drug screening. Weekend work may be necessary, with competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

This position is responsible for operating a Boom Truck to deliver tanks to company owned sites and customers. The driver is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of his or her vehicle, within Company policy.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tanks adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections of trucks, equipment and/or facilities.
• Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items daily.
• Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company protocols.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Class A or Class B CDL with clean MVR.

• Subject to quarterly random drug screens per FMCSA/DOT regulations.

• Must be available to work weekends, if necessary.
