Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum Co. is seeking an experienced Boom Truck driver in Austell, GA to deliver tanks to company sites and customers. You will operate a boom-equipped truck safely and complete paperwork per company policies.

Qualifications include a valid CDL A or B with clean MVR, hazmat and tanker endorsements, and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen. Weekend availability and strong customer service are essential benefits of this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tanks adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections of trucks, equipment and/or facilities.
• Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items daily.
• Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company protocols.

This position is responsible for operating a Boom Truck to deliver tanks to company owned sites and customers. The driver is responsible for the proper and efficient completion of assigned duties and operation of his or her vehicle, within Company policy.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads tanks adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Safely operates trucks according to Company policies and state/federal laws.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and performs safety inspections of trucks, equipment and/or facilities.
• Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related items daily.
• Completes and transmits all paperwork in compliance with established Company protocols.
