Responsibilities:

• Provide technical service to vehicles and equipment.
• Read job orders, observe and listen to vehicles in operation to diagnose issues and plan work procedures.
• Follow checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify proper operation.
• Complete assigned services and repairs as directed by supervisor.
• Adhere to safety requirements and published procedures during all work.
• Participate in technical training sessions as assigned and utilize learned skills effectively.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Return guest vehicles in the same condition as received, prior to service.
• Strive to meet production objectives set by management.
• Follow manufacturer policies and procedures regarding labor operations, documentation, warranty repairs, and torque specifications.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

• Experience repairing various makes of cranes and boom trucks, with 2-5 years minimum.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to repair components and equipment according to dealer and manufacturer standards.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Own tools required for the job.
• Experience with Fassi, Hiab, and other crane/boom brands is essential.
• Experience with CAT, Detroit, Cummins, or International engines is a plus.
