Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Bookstore Keyholder for evening shifts in Venice, FL. This part-time role supports store leadership, delivers world-class customer service, and helps train and supervise team members.

You will handle cash, assist with opening/closing, manage donated goods inventory, and stay current on popular titles to steward donations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to all customers.
• Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process.
• Support the operations of the store with open/close, cash handling, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks.
• Steward donations well by building and maintaining an awareness of current literary trends and popular titles.
