Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc. is seeking a Barista to greet customers, prepare beverages, and support the café and bookfloor team with a friendly, efficient service. You will learn the store's beverage offerings, manage cash at the register, and help maintain an inviting café presentation.

Expect to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends, while upholding FIFO, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction as core norms.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers cheerfully and answers questions about beverages.
• Assists in stocking and maintaining the café presentation and bakery cases.
• Operates registers and uses tablets/computers at the point of sale.
• Adapts to varied shifts including mornings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer service and beverage recommendations.
• Unpack deliveries and stock café and display area.
• Maintain cleanliness and FIFO product dating.
• Assist bookfloor team when needed.
• Support opening/closing tasks and safety procedures.
