Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the cafe counter.
• Unpack deliveries, stock the bakery case, and maintain café presentation.
• Operate registers and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Maintain café cleanliness and follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Support bookfloor team when needed and collaborate with store colleagues.
• Prepare beverages and foods with accuracy using recipes and guidelines.
