You will unpack deliveries, shelve items, and operate the register to provide efficient, friendly service. As you gain experience, you may progress toward Senior Bookseller with more responsibilities in product knowledge, merchandising, and sales objectives.

Formación

• Customer-service focused and friendly demeanor
• Able to stand, bend, lift and be on your feet for shifts
• Willingness to learn store systems and product knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and help them find titles and products
• Unpack deliveries and maintain attractive, organized displays
• Operate the register and provide quick, professional checkout
• Assist with shelving and stock replenishment
• Support café team when needed and follow loss-prevention procedures
