Responsibilities

• Master the operational competencies of a Barnes & Noble bookseller.
• Use registers, computers, tablets and other tools efficiently.
• Develop merchandising and visual presentation across sections.
• Run a register for quick and reliable checkout.
• Support receiving, unpacking and shelving of deliveries.
• Help customers locate books using product knowledge and tools.
• Assist the café team when needed and follow loss prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with team to maintain bookstore standards.
