Job summary

Barnes & Noble bookstore in Federal Way is seeking a Bookseller to warmly welcome customers, answer questions, and connect readers with the right titles. You will help unpack deliveries, stock shelves, maintain attractive displays, and operate registers efficiently to deliver professional service.

You will develop product knowledge across fiction, nonfiction, children's books, and related categories, support the cafe team when needed, and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing service experience and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to learn store merchandising and product knowledge.
• Ability to operate registers and point-of-sale systems.
• Attention to stock management and shelf presentation.
• Understanding and applying loss-prevention procedures.

Responsibilities
