Job description

We are currently seeking a Bookkeeping Coach to assist our clients with accurate financial reporting within the skilled trades industry. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of small businesses, helping owners and their teams achieve their professional and personal goals.

We provide a competitive base salary, bonuses, and spiffs, with a targeted total compensation of $95,000+ per year. Join a team of 30+ coaches with full training, proven processes, and dedicated support staff. This position involves traveling to clients' small businesses for hands-on process improvements in their accounting departments, with travel limited to once per month, averaging 3-4 visits per day. You may extend your stay after onsite visits to enjoy local culture, with travel reward points for personal use.

Primary Job Function

• Deliver quality coaching based on BDR core principles to empower clients to drive profit and growth.
• Analyze and interpret accounting information for performance analysis.
• Train clients' accounting teams on daily tasks and importance.
• Recommend process improvements and additional training to enhance efficiency.
• Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Write and assist in implementing business processes and procedures.
• Attend client events as directed.

Reporting and Hours

• Reports to: Sr. Financial Coach
• Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weeknights and weekends.
• Overnight travel 1-2 times per month.

Location and Compensation

Remote work from home with a salary range of $62,400 - $85,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses and spiffs, targeting over $95,000 annually.

Qualifications
