Job summary

JIMS AUTO SERVICE LLC in Lake City is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual for bookkeeping, data entry, and customer assistance. The ideal candidate must have a clean driver license, pass a background check, and meet specific skills in customer interaction and accounting.

This position offers health insurance, IRA options, and paid vacation after one year. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, transitioning from part-time to full-time depending on experience.

Bored with your job or sitting at home we are looking for a self motivated DETAIL oriented person, good with numbers for Book Keeping, data entry, filing, answering phones, assisting customers, Billing and accepting payments, online billing. Being familiar with using multi line phones, faxing, e mailing. Use of QuickBooks a plus, Excel, Word, Proper telephone etiquette, people skills for customer interaction. Accounting knowledge and background is needed for this job.

It is necessary to have a clean driver license throughout employment. Must pass a FDLE background check and drug test. We are a zero tolerance drug employer. Monday thru Friday 8am to 5:00pm.
