kept.pro is seeking an experienced accounting professional to grow as an expert in accrual accounting for clients valued between $5M and $50M.

You will work from home with a distributed team, handling routine and complex bookkeeping tasks including A/R, A/P, reconciliations, and payroll to deliver timely, complete financials to clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Proficiency working in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team.
• Reside in a state we are established (Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Minnesota).

Responsabilités

• Code transactions, A/R, A/P, completing reconciliations, preparing payroll and other similar processes we complete on a weekly and month-end basis for each of our clients.

THE ROLE

In this position, you will be working from home alongside a team of accounting professionals who work together to deliver accurate, timely and complete financials to our clients. Your role on the team is: coding transactions, A/R, A/P, completing reconciliations, preparing payroll and other similar processes we complete on a weekly and month-end basis for each of our clients. You understand, and enjoy, how your role connects to what your teammates are doing so that our clients win, which means we win.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 4+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• proficiency working in QuickBooks Online
• experience working in a remote environment with a distributed team
