- Manage AP and AR, reconciling vendor and customer accounts
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements and reports
- Process all payroll
- Reconcile multiple accounts
- Coordinate with external CPA that provides additional coverage to the company
Office Manager
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding – orientation, benefits enrollment
- Ensure compliance with labor, safety, and health regulations – maintaining up-to-date documentation.
