Bookkeeper
  • Manage AP and AR, reconciling vendor and customer accounts
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements and reports
  • Process all payroll
  • Reconcile multiple accounts
  • Coordinate with external CPA that provides additional coverage to the company
Office Manager
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding – orientation, benefits enrollment
  • Ensure compliance with labor, safety, and health regulations – maintaining up-to-date documentation.
