Qualifications

• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles is a plus.
• Maritime or logistics knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (GL, AP, AR).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Assist in tax return preparation and financial analysis.
