Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience supporting finance initiatives.
• 3+ years applying Fixed Assets in a finance setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and financial modeling for strategic initiatives.
• Shepherd the year-end audit from PBC list to signed opinion.
• Turn raw ledgers into forecasts the finance team can plan against.
• Build budget-vs-actual reviews for managers in Sandy.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Own grant compliance to ensure funds are unrestricted.
• Draft the board deck translating numbers into decisions.
• Pair Tax Prep reporting with Tableau reviews for tight feedback loops.
