  • Handling and recording AP invoices for local and foreign vendors.
  • Responsibility for local regulatory submissions to tax authorities in Israel.
  • Assist in monthly closing routines.
  • Conduct ongoing BS accounts reconciliations.
  • Prepare materials and reports for monthly closings.

We׳re looking for a highly motivated, organized and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our growing Finance team and assist our day to day accounting requirements and monthly closing process.

The finance team is responsible for all aspects from ensuring that we are compliant with all tax regulations and business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company's extensive growth.

About The Role
  • Handling and recording AP invoices for local and foreign vendors, vendor reconciliation, communication with procurement and budget owners, record invoices against POs.
  • Responsibility for local regulatory submissions to tax authorities in Israel on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all invoices, purchase orders, payments, etc. incl. their appropriate approvals
  • Assist in monthly closing routines (accruals, bank reconciliations, prepaid, open PO analysis, etc.)
  • Conduct ongoing BS accounts reconciliations including closing entries and cut-off accounts
  • Maintain Fixed Assets records of the company
  • Prepare materials and reports for monthly closings and quarterly external audit
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
Your Experience & Skills
  • Certified bookkeeper – Minimum level 3
  • At least 8 years of experience working in global companies with several business units and a multi-currency environment
  • Experience in Netsuite
  • High-level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
  • Team player with proactive approach
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
  • Experience in a public traded global Hi-Tech company – an Advantage.
