Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Bookkeeper to support a 20-person organization onsite in Centerville, OH. The role covers full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end reporting, with direct impact on business performance.

The successful candidate will handle financial statements and weekly leadership reports, maintain accurate records, and own day-to-day accounting operations in a small company environment.

Formación

• Experience in a small business environment with broad accounting responsibilities.
• Strong background in AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP principles preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements and support month-end reporting activities.
• Generate weekly financial and operational reports for leadership.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting functions as the sole accounting resource.

Target Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000

Key Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:
