Additional Duties

• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation and tax processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of debits and credits, along with a solid grasp of GAAP principles, is required.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• The ability to travel to various offices in WNY for on-site collaboration with office managers and client-owners.
