Job summary

Bloomberg Television is seeking a highly motivated Booking Producer for a flagship morning show on a six-month contract at our NYC headquarters. You will book daily market guests, manage pre-interviews and logistics, and prepare notes for anchors under tight deadlines.

Ideal candidates have a deep interest in global business news, 3+ years producing live TV, and strong communication skills. Flexibility with hours and the ability to adapt as news breaks are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience producing for live TV.
• Knowledge of business news and the financial markets.
• Problem solving skills, with the ability to work under deadline pressure.
• Flexibility with hours.

Bloomberg Television is looking for a highly motivated booking producer to join one of our flagship morning show for a 6 month contract position at at our world headquarters in NYC.

You will be responsible for: booking daily market guests and newsmakers and finding the appropriate voices under deadline pressure. You'll handle pre-interviews and logistics for all guests and putting together notes for the anchors.

You should have a broad interest in global news with a specialized focus on markets, finance and the economy.

You embrace challenges, can make split-second decisions, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an effective communicator across a global newsroom.

YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

Salary Range = 35- 40 USDHourly The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
