Scholastic in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time, seasonal Warehouse Associate for the 7 AM to 11 AM shift. You will assist in packing book fair materials, prepare displays, and support inventory tasks to ensure timely, accurate shipments.

The role requires reliability, basic scanner proficiency, and strong teamwork. The position offers a modest hourly rate and company benefits, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency in a busy distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency with minimal errors.
• Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.
• Good verbal/written communication skills and ability to read English safety rules and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of book fairs by packing metal cases, boxes, and displays with book and non-book product, meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing all components and sub-components for all cases, boxes, and displays.
• Meet minimum production, accuracy or quality standards and ensure outbound packaging is clean and in good condition.
• Assist in processing returned book fairs by unpacking and repacking according to procedures.
• Assist in picking and packing customer reorders and monitor inventory levels for packing readiness.
• Learn scanner proficiency for item inquiries and replenishment of pick locations.
