Baptist Health System, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Vascular Thoracic Unit (Step Down) on a full‑time Days schedule.

You will apply the nursing process for patients from infancy to geriatrics, ensure care aligns with state laws and hospital policies, and participate in unit‑based and hospital governance to drive quality and safe outcomes. Active Kentucky RN license, ADN, BCLS and ACLS are required.

Formación

• Active Kentucky RN License.
• Associate’s degree in nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Apply the nursing process for patients across all age groups.
• Promote positive patient outcomes and deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in unit-based and hospital governance to drive practice improvement.
