Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Hybrid Imaging Technologist to perform SPECT-CT and PET-CT procedures, ensure accurate patient data, and support scheduling and data management at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

The role involves posterity training for students and routine quality control, with a focus on safety and patient care. BLS and SC-specific ARRT/NMTCB credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from an accredited program
• One year nuclear medicine experience preferred
• SCRQSA certification required for SC based team members
• ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB registration, ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) required for SC team members
• BLS certification is required

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic SPECT-CT, PET-CT and general nuclear imaging procedures
• Assist in procedure scheduling and front office functions to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure accuracy of patient demographics, report distribution, and files
• Maintain daily quality control and radiation safety measures
• Proctor and mentor students in nuclear medicine department
