Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS products to brokers, seeks a Product Manager to enhance the bonus ecosystem, focusing on transparency, profitability, and business impact. You will work with analysts, designers, and engineers to run experiments and shape product economics.

Your role emphasizes data-driven decision making, evaluating feature success, and balancing user value with financial metrics, including cross-functional collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Data-driven approach and metrics evaluation.
• Experience with monetary mechanics in iGaming/Trading (must-have).
• Ability to set tasks for development/design, backlog prioritization, and prepare A/B tests.
• Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces.
• Understanding of business hypotheses and data-backed validation.
• Balance between user value and product economics.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian.

Responsibilities

• Direct impact on key metrics (CR to FTD, LTV, Retention, Revenue).
• Extensive testing opportunities with numerous hypotheses and interface experiments.
