Bob King Mazda in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We offer competitive flat-rate pay and strong earning potential, including sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for A level techs and up to $6,000 for B level techs for joining our team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns.
• Perform repairs according to Genesis and manufacturer specifications.
• Complete inspections and identify maintenance or repair recommendations.
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Produce accurate repair documentation and technician videos.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations.
• Maintain productivity while delivering high quality.
• Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians.
• Keep current on Genesis technology and complete required manufacturer training.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Include

• 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• ASE Certifications preferred, but not required.
• Mazda or relevant dealership experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
