Hematologist/Oncologist
Malignant Hematology, Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy
Hershey, PA

The Division of Hematology/Oncology and Penn State Cancer Institute, Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, associated with the Penn State College of Medicine, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, invites applications for full-time faculty positions in Hematology/Oncology , with focus on malignant hematology (especially lymphoma and myeloma) and stem cell transplantation and cellular therapy.

Responsibilities include patient care, clinical/translational research, and medical student and house staff education in an ACGME-accredited fellowship program with appointment at the Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level. The candidate will have the opportunity to interact with outstanding clinical, basic science and population science departments. The Penn State Cancer Institute is a CoC-accredited and ACR accredited cancer program and the only comprehensive cancer center in central PA, providing a robust infrastructure for clinical trials and translational research facilities. Our FACT accredited Bone Marrow Transplant program offers a broad range of cellular therapies including auto/allo BMT and CAR-T.

Appropriate candidates must possess the following:

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalent
  • Board certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • Completed Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at an accredited institution.
  • Be able to acquire a license to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Academic rank and compensation are dependent on qualifications.
