Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Newton-Wellesley Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for an 8-hour weekly shift on Wednesdays. Onsite at 2014 Washington Street, you will operate radiographic equipment, verify patient details, and perform imaging with careful attention to safety protocols.

The position includes free parking and a collaborative team environment. ARRT registration is required within 90 days of hire; 0–1 year radiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration required within 90 days of hire.
• Education: Certificate/Diploma in Radiography or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• 0–1 year radiology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirms correct patient and exam through interview, history and records.
• Explains exam to patient, considering language and comfort needs.
• Adjusts equipment to correct settings for safe imaging.
• Performs imaging according to protocol and radiologist request.
• Labels exams correctly and ensures successful PACS transmission.
