Job summary

dnata Catering seeks a Bond Clerk to oversee bonded and duty-free inventory, ensuring secure storage, accurate records, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced aviation catering environment. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or bonded goods handling preferred.
• Knowledge of bonded storage regulations or willingness to learn.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control all bonded and duty-free inventory to ensure proper storage, handling, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all bonded goods movement.
• Ensure all bonded storage areas are secure, organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and audits of bonded goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure proper issuance and reconciliation of bonded items.
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory, documentation, or compliance standards.
• Support inbound and outbound inventory processes related to bonded goods.
• Ensure adherence to all customs, TSA, and company compliance regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and reporting for audit readiness.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Follow all HACCP, safety, and security protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
