Aladdin Bail Bonds is seeking a dedicated Bond Coordinator to support our nationwide operations and ensure compliant, efficient bail processes. You will coordinate transactions, maintain records, and communicate with clients, attorneys, and courts.

This role requires a high school diploma, customer service and sales experience, and proficiency with Outlook. Evening, weekend, and rotating shifts are required, and bilingual or legal studies background is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Comfortable working with clients, attorneys, courts, and internal bail agents is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate processing and management of bail bond transactions in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide timely and accurate communication with clients, attorneys, courts, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed records of bonds issued, payments received, and case statuses.
• Assist in preparation and submission of required documentation for bonds and related procedures.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure follow-ups and renewals are handled promptly.
• Collaborate with bail agents and internal teams to resolve issues and support case management.
• Respond to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients navigating the bail bond process.
