Bon Secours' Aylett Medical Center team is adding a Family Medicine Physician! Start date: 2025

Location: Rte 360 East, 21 miles east of Mechanicsville, 27 miles from Richmond, King William County. A peaceful community of 7,700 with city amenities nearby.

Practice Overview: Warm, family-oriented practice with a multi-generational patient base. Local staff familiar with community resources. Regional Medical Director practices here, offering opportunities to stay current on Medical Group initiatives.

• Adding a Family Medicine MD/DO to the team
• Current team: 2 MDs and 1 NP
• M-F 8-5 work schedule preferred
• 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly
• 100% outpatient primary care, no hospital duties
• Approximately 20 patients per day after ramp-up
• EPIC EMR and MyChart telemedicine
• After-hours call: 1 day/week, every 4th or 5th weekend, shared with another FM practice
• Patient age range: pediatric to geriatric
• Skills: primary care, geriatrics, in-office procedures (joint injections, minor dermatology, skin biopsy, lesion removal), women's health
• Support: 1:1 MD:LPN/CMA, on-site phlebotomist, Pharm-D, Social Worker, Diabetes Educator (via phone)

Aylett Medical Center - King William, VA

Our team includes 2 Family Medicine Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner. We provide comprehensive family care for all ages, including pediatric and adult services, in a rural setting. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Providers are credentialed through Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville.

Located 35 minutes from downtown Richmond and 20 minutes from Mechanicsville, near the intersection of Rte. 360 and Rte. 30, close to rivers and outdoor recreation areas.
