Polaris Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist Engineer for Bolted Joints in Minnesota. You will serve as the technical lead for fasteners and bolted joint design across Off-Road Vehicles, driving standardization and governance while collaborating with global teams.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, review drawings and part numbers, mentor engineers, and steer cross-functional initiatives to improve joint performance and fastener commonality across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in product design, mechanical or systems engineering.
• Experience with GD&T, FMEA, tolerancing, drawings for fastener standards.
• Proficient in 3-D CAD; Creo preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technical authority for fasteners and bolted joints across NPD and production.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for engineering and leadership.
• Review deviations, drawings, and fastener requirements; approve tests and part numbers.
• Lead standardization governance and maintain the Polaris fastener library.
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
