Bojangles is hiring a Shift Leader in Overland Park, KS. This permanent position offers $15.00–$18.00 per hour with weekly pay and flexible hours.

You will lead teams to deliver Southern Hospitality, ensure guest satisfaction, manage safety and quality standards, and assist with service plans. Cash handling and menu knowledge are involved, along with occasional heavy lifting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Leads Bojangles quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management.

• Accepts payments from guests and makes change correctly.
• Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests.
• Bending, kneeling, standing and lifting (25+ lbs. as necessary).
