Job summary

Bojangles is seeking a results-driven General Manager for the Reidsville location. Lead a team of shift leaders and crew, ensure top-tier food safety and operations, and drive sales through smart labor and cost controls while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, with a track record in budget management and performance targets. Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or food service management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving performance targets.
