You will work alongside a manager to coordinate and lead operations, oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and assist where needed. We look forward to supporting your growth as you pursue your passions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production sheets and recipes.
  2. Direct daily activities.
  3. Ensure food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
  4. Store food items safely, organized, and hazard-free.
  5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure food is served per menu specifications following policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a sanitary environment complying with health and safety codes.
  7. Keep accurate weekly inventory records.
  8. Prepare orders as needed for accurate production.
  9. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
  10. Ensure a safe working environment.
  11. Train and mentor food service workers.
  12. Maintain maintenance logs for equipment.
  13. Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions as needed.
  14. Perform preventative maintenance checks.
  15. Recommend equipment replacements to meet facility needs.
  16. Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking.
  17. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Manager.
  18. Fill in for absent employees as necessary.
  19. Coordinate and confirm catering events are prepared and delivered on time.
  20. Work occasional night and weekend catering events.
  21. Attend staff meetings.
  22. Maintain communication with staff via various channels.
  23. Perform cashier duties if needed.
  24. Promote good public relations.
