Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required by policy.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific procedures and access-control requirements.
• Conduct routine patrols of facilities and perimeters to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials according to site policies; maintain logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and document actions taken.
• Report hazards or security concerns to site management to maintain a safe environment.
