Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Minimum 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of construction areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify authorization, and document entries/exits.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to leadership.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and security concerns.
