Job description

Responsibilities include:

1. Assembling, analyzing defects, and repairing boilers, pressure vessels, and tanks in the field, following blueprints and using hand tools.
2. Attaching rigging and signaling crane operators during lifts.
3. Testing assembled vessels and piping.
4. Taking field measurements with tape measures.
5. Installing/removing blinds on piping, vessels, and exchangers.
6. Performing steel/structural fabrication using torches, bandsaws, plasma cutters, grinders, etc.
7. Identifying necessary tools for specific tasks.
8. Performing screw pipe fabrication and installation.
9. Connecting components with correct procedures for bolt-ups and valve installations.
10. Understanding different types of valves, flow directions, and their uses.

Additional requirements include civil experience, industrial maintenance experience, ability to read blueprints and schematics, and proficiency with hand and power tools. The role requires a Journeyman Boilermaker with 2-3 years of experience, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work various shifts.

The position is full-time, mid-senior level, in construction industry, focusing on management and manufacturing.
