Willbanks Inc. is hiring a Boiler Technician I in San Antonio, TX to maintain and repair boilers and related equipment. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe operation while coordinating with dispatch and project teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of boiler experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to safety. Company training, comprehensive tool packages, and a competitive compensation package are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 10 Safety Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control boiler systems for safety and efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boilers and related equipment.

• Maintain logs and records of operations and maintenance.
