Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Boiler Technician to join our Indianapolis service team, supporting commercial and industrial boiler systems. You will perform start-ups, maintenance, testing, and repairs on steam and hot water boilers, and contribute to safety and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, read schematics, and complete service reports. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, a company vehicle, benefits, PTO, and ongoing training,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with boiler controls and diagnostics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-ups, maintenance, testing, and repairs on boiler systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, combustion, and control issues.
• Read schematics and CAD drawings to support installation and repairs.
• Complete service reports and safety documentation.
