Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential boiler and hydronic heating systems.
• Perform boiler tune-ups, maintenance, and safety inspections.
• Diagnose pumps, zone valves, controls, expansion tanks, circulators, and related components.
• Identify system issues and present repair or replacement options to customers.
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed job documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every call.
• Follow company safety procedures and local codes.
