Overview

Are you looking to heat up your career in a world-class hotel environment? Hilton Houston Americas is seeking a dedicated and reliable part-time Boiler Operator to ensure our heating systems run smoothly, keeping our guests comfortable year-round.

We are looking for someone willing to be flexible with scheduling, including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Must have a First Grade Boiler License.

The pay rate starts at $26.30 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, 401(k), stock purchase plan, PTO, and Hilton team member travel discounts.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and repair the plant's boiler operating equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintain all logs and reading sheets as required by management.
  • Operate and maintain plant condensate and feed-water systems, air compressors, dryers, wastewater pumping, and heat recovery systems.
