Join a leading dairy processor as a Boiler Operator/Technician! Partnered with Randstad | Pay: $35+/hour | Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM | 2-2-3 schedule | Location: Local dairy processing facility | First-Class B license REQUIRED

Salary: $62,400 – $74,880 per year
Shift: First (6 AM – 6 PM)
Education: High School diploma

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a First-Class B license
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on boiler systems
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities
• Operate and monitor boiler systems and associated equipment
• Read and record utility meter data
• Implement preventive maintenance and risk management plans
• Coordinate with team members and departments
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Essential Functions:

• Work in a smoke-free environment
• Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Work on weekends

Skills:

• Hydraulic, pneumatic, schematic, electronic, and mechanical maintenance
• Blueprint reading, hand tools, PLC
• Boiler license (3+ years preferred)

Qualifications:

Experience: 3 years in relevant field
