Job summary

Richardson Oilseed Products US, a division of Richardson International, in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Boiler Operator to monitor and operate refinery and processing equipment, ensuring safety and reliable plant performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in maintenance/manufacturing, a Memphis/Shelby County First Class Steam Licence, strong reading/writing skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
• Must be able to work in a warm to hot environment.
• 3-5 years maintenance/manufacturing experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of water tube boilers, air compressors, demineralizers.
• Memphis/Shelby County First Class Steam Licence required.
• Industrial plant environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Operate and monitor refinery and related processing equipment.
• Take readings, log data, and report to EHS.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain process parameters.
• Complete all logs and paperwork accurately.
