OTC Services in Burlington Township, NJ is seeking a part-time janitorial worker to maintain building entrances, restrooms, and common areas. You will respond to service calls and perform routine cleaning tasks including windows, floors, and trash removal.

Additionally, you will check boiler operations every two hours, record findings, and comply with safety and regulatory requirements. Lifting up to 40 pounds and possessing a Boiler Operator Low Pressure License are required.

Formación

• Valid Boiler Operator Low Pressure License (Black Seal License)

Responsabilidades

• Keep building entrances clean including windows and floors.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Police and clean/restock restrooms as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
• Check outside trash cans and remove contents as needed.
• Clean assigned secure areas.
• Inform Supervisor/Management of needed supplies.
• Report deficiencies, broken equipment, or damaged property.
• Follow safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions for equipment and cleaners.
• Check boiler operations every 2 hours and log results.
• Cooperate with OTC and relevant agencies during inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Shifts vary.

Description

• Keep building entrances clean to include windows, floor, trash, etc.
• Respond to all service calls
• Police, clean/ supply restrooms when needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions and mirrors.
• Check all outside trash cans and remove if needed
• Clean assigned secure areas
• Inform Supervisor/Management of needed supplies
• Report all deficiencies, lost or broken equipment, and damaged property and other discrepancies to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines when using equipment or mixing cleaning solution and comply with safety guidelines.
• Chec k Boiler functions (water levels and pressure gages) every 2 hours and record findings in assigned log book
• Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request.

Summary

Under the direction of the Janitorial Supervisor/ Project Manager, provides cleaning, emergency service calls, policing of restrooms, offices and other areas as assigned in accordance with Statement of Work and outlined by management. In addition, you will be responsible to check the boiler operations and record all findings every 2 hours in accordance with the Department of Labor requirements.
