Perform skilled work primarily involving maintenance, repair, andoperation of boilers and other equipment related to heating andcooling. Review is accomplished through occasional spot-checkingand observation of work for overall effectiveness. Functionalcontacts are limited primarily to co-workers with occasionalcontact with other University staff.
