What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide telephone support for service, installation, and troubleshooting of all products
  2. Document and analyze repairs, reworks, and failures on products returned to the employer
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Service teams on product features and quality standards
  4. Gather and document information on potential quality/performance issues and suggest corrective actions
  5. Maintain accurate records of work orders, quality control reports, and other related documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Technical Associate degree in plumbing or electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience
  2. 3-5 years of proven technical appliance repair experience
  3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  5. Strong technical/customer service orientation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Relevant licensure in plumbing or electrical engineering
  2. Background in electronics, plumbing systems, hydronics, and/or boiler systems
  3. Experience presenting in front of groups
  4. High degree of technical analysis
  5. Ability to work independently while being a team player
