Job summary

Southerleigh Brewing Company in San Antonio is seeking a dependable Busser to enhance the dining experience by keeping tables clean, cleared, and reset quickly.

You will work with the service team, greet guests warmly, and support setup, service, and cleanup while adhering to health and safety standards and dietary guidelines.

This role requires strong teamwork, excellent situational awareness, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables, and transporting dirty dishes.
• Able to manage a section of tables.
• Ability to safely maneuver chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats.
• Proficient in using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Able to work in tight, noisy, and varying temperature conditions.
