Job summary

Miura America is seeking a Field Technician to service, inspect and repair boilers, and to act as a customer liaison for the Maintenance Department. You will schedule boiler start-ups, inspect systems, and manage parts inventory on service vans and in the stock room.

The role requires a mechanical and electrical background, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team, with flexible hours and travel within the Salt Lake City area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical and electrical experience preferred; engineering degree is a plus.
• Strong computer skills; report generation using MS Office required.
• Excellent communication skills; able to lead presentations and explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on boiler room equipment.
• Inspect and repair boiler room equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and report results.
• Manage parts inventory on service vans or stock room.
• Create proposals for customer site improvements.
• Coordinate boiler start-ups and inspections.
• Adhere to Safety Health and Environmental programs.
