• Assist with receiving and checking deliveries for quality and accuracy.
• Rotate stock properly using FIFO to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with front of house team and guests.
• Handle guest requests and questions about menu items with confidence and care.
• Support team members by pitching in on cleaning and closing duties as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies strictly.
• Maintain proper portion control and presentation of all food served.
• Stay flexible and ready to support other roles during busy times to keep service running smoothly

Job Overview

Food & Customer Service is our focus – we give a fork! As a member of our Kitchen Team, you’re an important part of the guest experience: often the friendly face behind the counter! You’ll prepare and serve food with care, keep the kitchen and service areas clean and organized, and help maintain smooth, fast service. • Comfortable using tools like Toast, Microsoft Office, and other basic systems
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Appreciation for real food: scratch cooking, seasonal ingredients, and sustainable practices
• Clear, positive communicator with a team‑first mindset
• Calm under pressure and quick to adapt in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English
• Follow written and verbal instructions and have basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business require
