Job summary

Unidine in Naples is seeking a full-time BOH Lead Supervisor to oversee hourly culinary staff at Moorings Parks. The role focuses on maintaining high standards, controlling costs, and ensuring safe, compliant service in a healthcare dining setting.

• Schedule: Full time schedule. Hours and days may vary, including rotating weekdays and weekends. Further details upon interview.
